
Oh, wow…it feels so good to soak in some sun. We just came in from a morning outside. It’s beautiful out, although I fear our wonderful sledding tracks will have dissapeared by weeks end.
Every year around this time I get a touch of the “winter blues” – lethargic, sad, grumpy (as close as I hope I ever have to be to feeling depressed!). I’ve heard that it’s directly linked to a lack of vitamin D, and I believe it! As soon as I can spend time out of doors, in the sunshine, my mood changes. Ahhh, bring on the sunshine!
