School is rarely cancelled here either. It hasn’t ever been since Elijah started school a year and a half ago, and I hear it has to be pretty terrible conditions for cancellation. It is nice to have such reliable and efficiant snow-removal in place…well, for a poor winter driver like me anyway…I think it would be fun if the kids could get a snow day once in a while.

I can’t wait til Izzy will actually play in the snow! He doesn’t like it very much because baby snow suits really do not permit for much movement! I remember those nites playing in the snow…we would stay out late hoping there wouldn’t be school the new day….
