the vinegar takes the place of the egg…for whatever the egg does. ;)

The air temperature here is only -15, it’s just the wind that makes it feel like -40. So, are you gonna attempt to make the pie without the eggs? I don’t think I’ve ever made lemon mirange pie before. Is that Rob’s favorite? Did he find a job yet? (I’ve been spying on him through Facebook.) :)

Like you I always get the hankering for something baked when I’m out of eggs. I have a really good butterscotch bun recipe that is my standby. Sorry, I’m to lazy to go get you the recipe. But if you ever want it let me know :O) they are very yummy! Minus 40? what is the canadian? we are minus 20 today and for some strange reason Isaac WANTS to go out. Lately I have to fight with him to get him out the door! Strange little fellow! I’m making Rob lemon mirange pie for his bday today…and I don’t have any eggs :O) too funny!
