Announcing Ellie

11 Sep

My Girls

Friends, we are so happy to announce that Horsman baby #5 has arrived! Elizabeth Pearl came last night at 9:12 in style. The doctor quickly nicknamed her “One Push Ellie”. Janet was amazing as usual and makes it all look so easy.  Ellie weighed in at 8lbs 6oz and 21in long. A small baby by Horsman standards. She’s our lightest and shortest.

We’ll post some “real” pictures in the weeks ahead but in the meantime here is a LINK to my blog that has some pictures taken with my phone and also below you’ll see a video starring the newborn as I explain why we named her Elizabeth Pearl. Enjoy.

Love that yawn that Ellie is giving you halfway through your beautiful explanation. Elizabeth is absolutely a perfect name. I had forgotten that it was Janet’s middle name. So great. That picture of all of your girls is precious. So thankful that she come out so nicely, and healthy. I have trouble with that part obviously. :o )

Nice to see a little video of your lil’ baby. It’s been so nice to be so informed. You truly are the media king.

What a beautiful name, and what a beautiful picture. Enjoyed Dave’s announcement and ‘naming of Ellie’. My first reaction to the pictures was, ‘she looks like her grandfather’! And don’t forget, your heritage goes this was, Elle, Janet, Mina, Pearl, Florence, Bridget, Elizabeth………
    How awesome is our GOD!
    Glad it’s over!
My love to everyone in your house
    Love Darlene.
