Elijah started a new unit in Literature today. He got to choose from a list of classic novels and he settled on Charlottes Web. Such a great book! With a little coaxing I got him to agree to make it family affair and have him read it aloud to us. Here is a snapshot of most of the children quietly listening…

Look like a peaceful scene? Ha! What you don’t see is my very theatrical two-year-old dressed in her brothers’ hand-me-down Batman‘ pajamas running in and out of the kitchen screeching random words, hitting Noah on the way in and out and being as much as a nuisance as she possibly can be. What a stinker.
(And yes…yes I am attempting to blog more often.
